1. Why wouldn't I hire an old-fashioned recruitment agency?
Good question! While old-fashioned recruitment agencies usually charge a total monthly salary value of the vacancy’s salary, this subscription recruitment method costs you a third of that amount without sacrificing the recruitment quality.
So, you are getting better candidates’ profiles faster and paying only about a third of what you were supposed to.
2. at is the difference between your two recruitment plans: the Intro and Executive Plans?
The Intro Plan is for any recruitment other than the Executive Plan.
Executive Plan is for high-caliber positions and decision makers, like managers of any kind, CEOs, VPs, Directors, and such… Also, we included all the medical and IT Tech, and all types of engineering positions because they are highly competitive recruitment markets.
3. Is there a limit to how many recruitment requests I can have for each Plan?
Yes, the Intro Plan is valid for a max of 2 recruitments per month.
The Executive Plan is valid for only one recruitment per month.
4. How fast will I close my vacancy?
On average, candidates’ profiles (CVs/resumes) are delivered to you in a max of 14 working days. However, we will provide you with other profiles if you still need to find these that fit your requirements, which is rare, even though it took more than a month until you were satisfied with the quality of the profiles.

5. Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Yes, there will be refunds issued. Furthermore, Skrill guarantees your payment for any dispute without our interference in the refund process. So, you are not losing anything.
6. What will I receive in the first 48 working hours of my order?
The onboarding process is started within a max of 48 working hours. This includes a customer account page, a shared Trello board, a short ManPower Request Form, etc. If a request is much more prominent in number, expect to receive deliverables every three working days until the entire request is complete.
